    All my properties are conveyed with a warranty deed--the highest form of ownership.

    What about water to rural land?

    A

    Rural properties may rely on wells, not municipal water. Many counties allow the owners to drill a well for personal use. Best bet contact the County your property is located in. If not you could have it hauled in.

    If I make monthly payments , how will that work?

    A

    For monthly payments, you could pay with PayPal or mail a cashiers check or money order or bill pay. Master Card, Visa and most credit or debit cards are accepted through PayPal. Also Western Union or Walmart money orders are accepted.

    Can you drive here with 2 wheel drive ?

    A

    If your property is on a paved road 2 wheel drive will work. For land access with non-paved roads 4wheel drive is always suggested.

    Some are and some are not. The ones that are not of the actual property are of the area and Very Very depictive of the land.
